Melissa L. Stallings, many times known as Missy, established Stallings Insurance Agency in the fall of 2008. Missy grew up in Marietta/Roswell with 3 siblings, two large dogs and parents that loved her and knew she would excel in everything that she touched. At an early age, Missy stood out from her peers as a young woman with a strong faith, deep family values and a solid determination to succeed. Missy excelled at Auburn University with two degrees plus being awarded Academic All American for four (4) consecutive years. While an Auburn Gymnast, she competed in every meet, even with injuries. War Eagle! Missy’s first large career passage was working for T-Mobile in corporate sales. In a very short time, she gained recognition and awards for her records and outstanding achievements in the business world. After leaving T-Mobile, Missy found a passion for insurance at Liberty Mutual. Soon she realized that she could open an agency, achieve more along with better business and personal life balance. She has never strayed from hard work, being a wonderful manager and surrounding herself with good dedicated employees. Missy is a true gem and walks in the light of God. Missy has a love for combining her business with giving back to numerous charitable organizations. In the past she has lifted a hammer to help raise walls in a Habitat Home or packaged shoe boxes for the needy. Missy is the proud mother of four incredible children—Maitlin, Kennedy, Royce, and Amelia—who are the greatest joy of her life.

When she’s not serving clients or juggling life’s many responsibilities, you’ll most likely find Missy spending time with her family, including her two beloved dogs, Jasmine and Belle. She loves relaxing at the lake, being involved in her church, planning memorable celebrations for friends and family, carpooling her kids to countless activities, and sneaking in a round of golf whenever she can.

Missy has a rare gift for making everyone around her feel seen, loved, and welcomed. Her contagious laughter, quick wit, and genuine heart brighten every room she enters. Whether she’s celebrating someone else’s success, lending a helping hand, or simply sharing a smile, she leaves a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to know her.

Mitchell Stephens serves as the Operations Manager at Stallings Insurance bringing a disciplined, mission-focused approach shaped by his background in the U.S. Army. His experience instilled a strong respect for teamwork, accountability and operational efficiency; principles he applies daily to support both clients and staff.

Mitchell is deeply goal-oriented and driven by a love for efficiency and continuous improvement, always looking for ways to strengthen processes and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. He values trust and integrity above all, believing they are the foundation of lasting relationships and successful organizations.

Outside of work, Mitchell is a proud husband and father of four, and he treasures time spent with his family creating meaningful memories. He also enjoys hunting and staying connected to the outdoors. Above all, Mitchell cherishes community and strives to bring positive energy, service, and impact to everyone he works with.

Crystal Rollins was raised in Dallas, Ga and is an Atlanta resident. She joined Stallings Insurance February of 2020 after working in banking for 14 years. She is licensed in Home, Car, Business, and Life Insurance and is an expert in customer service field. She loves speaking with our clients and helping others. She is amazing at managing her workflow and solving problems. 

Crystal is a devoted mom of two, her son Lachlan and daughter Isla. She loves traveling and has been to more countries than states. She is clearly cooler than the rest of us since she has backpacked in Europe for 3 months and visited 10 countries in that time (WOW). Crystal’s adventures spirit most certainly carries over in the workplace. She is a joy to be around and we hope you have the pleasure to speak with her!

Jovanna joined the agency in March 2021 after leaving the medical field to try something new in this exciting insurance world. She worked as a medical assistant for 9 years and has an associates degree from Fortis College in medical assisting. She is one of our dedicated Account Managers with years of customer service experience and a positive attitude equipped to best help our clients. She is here to best service your polices, questions, and changes.

Outside of Stallings Insurance, Jovanna & her fiance Dalton enjoy being the best parents to two boys Kaysen & Tatum. She is known as the office Starbucks LOVER, or addict you might say which is much needed in this hard market! We call her the office mom as she keeps the office stocked with all the goodies. Her comforting nature definitely shows when helping our clients. We hope you have the pleasure to work with Jovanna, she is an amazing blessing to the agency. 

Meet Felix, one of our newest members as of June 2024. He was born and raised on the west side of the island of Puerto Rico and took an interest in the insurance industry about three years ago. He has enjoyed every moment of it. His desire to dive into the insurance industry rose when he had proposed to his wife and wanted to have a career that he enjoyed and helped him live comfortably to provide for my family. From learning the basics to the more serious things of insurance, it’s all been an amazing experience for Felix. He has been able to learn everything from normal customer service tasks to different licensed tasks over the last few year. Before Insurance he was a music teacher for over 5 years, which has given him the ability to learn how to speak and treat customers of all ages. He is also am a worship leader in my church and where he enjoys treating people as they are supposed to be treated: with the utmost respect. We hope you have the pleasure of working with him.
